Antigone Quality, our five-year-old Berlin mare, achieved a shared third place during the National Cycle for young horses with the five-year-olds. She rode 9 clear rounds of 10 entries.
Last weekend, she reached an 11th place in the Belgian championship in Gesves. Both on Thursday and Saturday she jumped a clear round. During the finals on Sunday she also jumped a clear round, but exceeding the alloted time was awarded one penalty point. It turned out to be an expensive point, because only 3 of 54 finalists jumped clear. In the knowledge that Antigone Quality has an unlimited power, we would have loved to see her perform in the jump-off.
